Description:

Protein A purified mouse monoclonal antibody reactive to SEBOV VP40. The antibody detects VP40 in virus-like particles (VLP) and recombinant SEBOV VP40. Fetal bovine serum was used in the production of the monoclonal antibody; a small amount of bovine IgG may have co-purified with the antibody upon purification with Protein A and thus may

be present.

Supplied:

100 µg is supplied in PBS at a concentration of 0.9 mg/mL. No preservative is added.

Purification:

Antibody is purified using immobilized protein A.

Monoclonal of the IgG1 isotype

Relevance:

The antibody can be used for detection of SEBOV VP40.
